Yes- we have a very limited number of tickets available and expect the event to sell out.

Purchasing your ticket early will always provide you with the best possible prices and availability of ticket types to make your ILLfest experience everything you want it to be.

The best time to start planning your ILLfest experience is and will always be now. 

Buying a ticket now will always give you the best possible prices and the best selection of options to make your experience everything that you want it to be. 

The new ILLfest Payment Plans system will allow you to spread your payments out monthly between now and the event. You'll pay a small $10 deposit when you first check-out, with the remaining amount evenly divided by the months remaining between your time of purchase and the event.

Your account will then automatically be charged at the same time of the month over the next several without any further action required.

If a payment attempt fails for whatever reason (e.g. card has expired, is no longer valid, insufficient funds or card is declined by the bank), then we will:

1. Give you notice of the failed payment attempt advising you that we will try to take payment again in 7 days, giving you the opportunity to correct the situation;
2. If the payment attempt fails again, we will send you a second failed payment notice and again wait to charge you for another 7 days;
3. If the payment attempt fails for a third time, we may at our discretion cancel the booking by giving you written notice. 

Please note, upon cancellation of the booking due to your failure to keep up with the Payment Plan, your order will be canceled and you will lose your deposit as well as any previous installments that you have paid.

Yes! If you transferred your ticket from the February 2022 event dates, then your ticket is absolutely still valid. No further action is required on your part and we will email you with any instructions if needed.

Your ticket with a scannable barcode will be emailed to you approximately one week out from the event. We send the scannable tickets out this late to help reduce ticketing fraud. 

For your admission wristband, as of now, all attendees will need to pick up your wristbands when you arrive to the venue on the day(s) of the festival. If we do decide to ship out wristbands prior to the event we will notify you to let you know.

No. As is the case with nearly every festival, all ticket sales for ILLfest are final and non-refundable.
